Three years, clearly structured.
Usually one weekend seminar a month and three multi-day intensives a year – at Samdosha Haus in Grafschaft, partly also via Zoom. Level 1 can be joined at any time.

Health insurance
The Iyengar Yoga Germany certificate meets the German statutory health insurance (GKV) guidelines for prevention courses.

Requirements
Before you apply.
- At least three years of regular practice with certified Iyengar teachers
- First-aid course, no older than six months (proof with your application)
- Experience in Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR)
- Membership of Iyengar Yoga Deutschland e. V. from the start of the training

ISBS – Basic Studies
